At Union + Social, our venue floor plans can be customized to your event size and setup. We can host 275 guests for presentations and seated events, and up to 200 guests for weddings. The Green Room is a private space for event hosts or bridal parties. This is where you can gather, dress, and enjoy optional refreshments throughout your wedding or event! The Green Room space offers your closest friends and family privacy from the general wedding hall, and you can opt to stock the Green Room with snacks and beverages. This room includes a sofa and chairs for seating, dressing areas, as well as a private bathroom.
We offer various bar options, and give the bar a dedicated space that’s accessible, but out of the way of the venue. For weddings, we offer a cash bar, hosted bar, and an all-inclusive hosted bar with multiple package options. Our couples’ also love the ability to work with our in-house bartender to create custom couple’s cocktails for their special day! Want your guests to sip on a Maddie Mule or Mike’s Mojito? We’ll work with you to craft fun and sentimental cocktails for your wedding!
Our full-service kitchen is conveniently located inside the venue but hidden from your guests. This makes it simple to pass butlered hors d’oeuvres, refill the buffet stations, and provide entrée service when it’s time for dinner. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests. Work with our event coordinator to design your custom menu from appetizers to dessert stations, and make your wedding day perfectly unique to you.
Everyone knows the best part of a wedding is the cake, right? We love giving your wedding cake a chance to shine throughout your event with its own table. We recommend stationing the cake table close to the head tables or sweetheart table, perfect for photo opportunities, but out of the way of the dance floor. You’re welcome to bring your own cake to your event, and enjoy our custom dessert selections like a sundae bar, assorted cupcakes, or a s’mores station.
Our large round tables come in multiple sizes and seat between 6 and 10 people each. We arrange your venue floor plan for your unique event, and design a layout based on your vision for the day. Love to party? Let’s put a dance floor front and center! Have a large bridal party? We can arrange sweetheart tables and head tables separately to give everyone a perfect place to sit. Our space accommodates up to 200 guests for weddings, and up to 275 guests for other events.
Do you have your song requests ready? We can set up a dance floor of any size, any place in the reception hall. Sometimes right in the middle and sometimes off to the side (if you’ve got some really crazy dancers in your family), the dance floor is an essential piece of any event venue floor plan. If you’re considering hosting your wedding ceremony and reception with us, we’ll set up the aisle and seating towards the left of the room, and then replace it with a dance floor when your reception begins.
We believe every part of your special day should be something to brand about – even the bathrooms! Our bathrooms follow the rustic mid-century modern theme of the venue with a sleek design and industrial feel. There are separated mens’ and ladies’ rooms easy accessible from your event space, so guests only have to step away from the party for a second before they get back to celebrating.
While we do offer seated dinners for your guests’ entrées, a food station makes for a great addition for guests to snack and socialize. The food station is great for stationed hors d’oeuvres as well as our fabulous dessert bars! Head tables and sweetheart tables are rectangular tables for the bride and groom, bridal party and groomsmen, or the family of the couple. These tables are great for photo opportunities, conversation, and adding a focal point to the venue space. We can set up head tables around the dance floor, at the front of the room, or staggered to keep the newlyweds and guests seated in an arrangement that works for you.
